In case the product you have received is Damaged / Defective or a Wrong item has been shipped to you then you can claim full refund on your order ( including shipping charges ) with 15 days of receipt. Damaged/ Defective or Wrong items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories, tags and any free gifts. Please do send us a mail at email@example.com with Order ID and details of the product you are returning to get a return authorization prior to shipping. Without a return authorization returns will not be accepted.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Please do send us a mail with order ID and details of the product you are returning.
• Always include your order number(s) when you make a return to us.
• We do not accept Return on Swimsuits / Undergarments due to hygienic reasons.
To return your order, please send the package by pasting the return address label provided in the return form you will receive by mail from us authorizing the return. Please note that return only has a Self Ship option.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
A refund of the returned goods will be made within 10-14 business days to the credit card you used for the original purchase (Shipping costs are to your expense) after goods are inspected. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us, we recommend using a courier service that insures the value of your returned products and gives you a proof of shipping.
